Scheme meetings

These are your chance to say what you think of your scheme and the services you receive. Our standard requires that meetings take place monthly for all services where there are on-site staff. These meetings:

• are a good opportunity to meet and get to know your neighbours
• enable you to influence what happens in your service and to raise any concerns you may have
• enable you to receive up to date advice and information on local health and safety and other issues that you need to be aware of

Forums

Look out for news on the forum relevant to you. This is a good opportunity to:

• meet other service users from other L&Q SL services and senior members of staff.
• get news, information and guidance on L&Q SL
• learn about our plans for providing housing and support services in the future
• influence how these plans are delivered to you
