Residents survey

L&Q survey a sample of residents every three years and L&Q SL residents also have had the opportunity to participate in the 2005 survey. The findings of the survey are used across the Trust to assist in improving our services.

L&Q SL are also committed to providing the opportunity for you to say how you feel about the support service you receive. 2004 saw the first survey of all service users concentrating on the support service. This information helped us identify areas where we need to improve.

A further survey is planned for later this year, and this will look at how you feel about the services you receive just over one year on. It is planned that a survey will be carried out specifically around the area of support every two years. Please use this as an opportunity to provide us with your views.
