Services to tackle Anti-Social Behaviour

L&Q is committed to tackling Anti-social behaviour (ASB) and improving levels of community safety for the communities we serve. To help us to do this, we recently carried out a review of ASB which looked at the problems that occur and how effective we are in response.

Some of the points that were highlighted were:

  • L&Q receives 100 cases of ASB per month
  • Noise disturbance is the most frequently reported type of ASB
  • L&Q do not measure success in case resolution
  • L&Q’s do not compare performance with other housing associations

The review identified possible areas for improvement such as:

  • updating our policies and procedures
  • delivering a more targeted housing management service
