L&Q completes first 'Stock Swap' in the South East

This has enabled L&Q to swap 17 street properties for 23 properties Family Mosaic owned on Slagrove Place in Catford. The swap was completed on the 4th February.

Ujima transfer

The liabilities and assets of Ujima Housing Association, including all of Ujimaís housing stock, will today be transferred to London & Quadrant Housing Trust.

L&Q Development Rubicon wins award for ‘Excellence in Affordable Housing Delivery’

The London Planning Awards on the 15th January 2008 were hosted by Mayor Ken Livingston at City Hall.

The Rubicon development in Greenwich won the ‘Excellence in Affordable Housing Delivery’ category, which was sponsored by the Housing Corporation.
