L&Q Beacon Homes

L&Q Beacon Homes, previously Beacon Housing Association before joining the L&Q Group in 2004, manages around 6,000 affordable homes focused in South Bucks and the wider area, west of London.

During the past ten years, Beacon has invested time and money to ensure that its properties are well maintained and are updated. It has thirteen sheltered housing schemes for elderly residents providing accomodation that genuinely meets their needs. It also has a number of shared ownership properties.
