L&Q is creating places where people want to live by building 1,500 new homes as part of a new community on the Greenwich Peninsula in South East London.

Our partners on this major development include MDL, English Partnerships, Bellway Homes, Moat Housing Group, the Housing Corporation and Greenwich Council. In total, the partnership will build 10,000 homes plus community facilities including a school, college, offices, shops and restaurants.

The 1,500 homes delivered by L&Q will be for a mix of affordable rent and shared ownership.

Housing Minister Yvette Cooper recently joined L&Q and its development partners to launch the new development, which is part of the wider regeneration of the Thames Gateway. Watch video
