The main aim of the scheme is to promote independent living with an additional care package as and when required. Who can live at Albany Court?

The scheme has been specifically designed for adults aged 55 years plus who require support to live independently in their own homes. The scheme is not able to consider people with a history of violence arson or alcohol and or substance abuse. What support can a resident expect?

The scheme is looked after by a Sheltered Housing Support Worker who will co-ordinate the day-to-day support needs and the well-being of all residents.
The scheme is also supported by the Housing Management Team who ensure the delivery of an efficient housing management service.
