Choice Based Letting

L&Q is piloting a new choice based transfer system in the North Thames region in order to offer applicants more choice when looking for a home.

Each week all the properties in the North Thames area that L&Q has available for transfer applicants will be advertised on the website www.ellcchoicehomes.org.uk. Every tenant registered on the transfer list will be able to bid for a suitable property if one is available.
