Gardening Course for Women

If you fancy yourself as the next Charlie Dimmock why not check out free garden courses being held around London this year.

Capel Manor College is running courses for women at its headquarters in Enfield, and sites in Gunnersbury Park, Regent’s Park and Crystal Palace.

Students will learn skills like pruning, lawn care, vegetable and flower growing, planting shrubs and much more.
The next course starts in September and runs for one day a week in term time over two years.
In the first year students will complete the City and Guilds practical skills test in horticulture and in the second year the City and Guilds practical gardening certificate.
