Anti Social Behaviour

We recently carried out a review of Anti-social Behaviour (ASB) which looked at the problems that occur and how effective we are in response. The findings of the review were:

  • L&Q receives 100 cases of ASB per month.
  • Noise disturbance is the most frequently reported type of ASB.
  • L&Q do not measure success in case resolution.
  • L&Q’s do not compare performance with other housing associations.

The review identified possible areas for improvement such as:

  • updating our policies and procedures
  • delivering a more targeted housing management service

To ensure these improvements are what you want, we would like to hear your views.

Resident Training

A programme of resident training was delivered between May 2006 and April 2007. The programme was based on the “top ten” topics identified by residents.

L&Q would like to establish if you are aware of the residents training and if there are other topics in which you would like to receive training.
