These are normally set up to work through a specific issue that is relevant to all L&Q SL services. The work of a focus group can help L&Q SL to take our service users views on major issues such as changes to policy or procedures, service standards etc.

L&Q SL understand that some people may feel that they need some training to help become more involved in influencing the services that we offer. Because of this, L&Q has a specific training programme on offer that is aimed at helping to provide our service users with the skills needed to actively participate.
