Tenancy Agreements

During 2003/4 we revised our tenancy agreements. We have introduced these for most of our existing residents whose tenancies originally began after March 1997. All new tenancies are now let using the new tenancy terms and conditions. We are now using Starter tenancies for many of our new lettings.
