Telephone payments

You can pay by telephone using the allpay.net telephone call centre and a debit or credit card.

• The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• There is an Interactive Voice Response system to talk you through how to make a payment.
• You need to have your swipe card handy so you can quote the 19 digit reference number.
• This is not your tenant account number.
• If any part of the process cannot be completed you will be transferred to a Customer Service adviser at allpay.net who will assist you.
• The amount of your payment will be credited to your account usually the following day depending on the time of your call.
