How we are organised

The L&Q Group is a large organisation divided into a number of regional divisions covering our work in London and the South East.

North Thames Region
South East Thames Region
South West Thames Region

London & Quadrant Supported Living
This is the division of L&Q that looks after sheltered schemes and provides homes for those with special or additional needs.

Neighbourhood Investment
Our Neighbourhood Investment team is responsible for work to help improve the quality of life in local neighbourhoods.

Tower Homes
This is a sister organisation specialising in Low Cost Home Ownership.

L&Q Group Board is responsible for all the work carried out by L&Q and ensures that the executive group manages its day to day work efficiently.

L&Q is an Industrial and Provident Society with exempt charitable status. It has no shareholders. Its board members are not paid.
