L&Q Bexley Homes
L&Q Bexley Homes provide rented housing in the centre and south of Bexley. These homes formerly belonged to Bexley Council, however in February 1998, Bexley residents voted to transfer to a housing association landlord.
Since the transfer, L&Q Bexley Homes has been a success story. In the words of the Housing Corporation, our regulator, L&Q Bexley Homes has ‘successfully delivered a comprehensive improvement programme across all of its stock.’
L&Q Bexley Homes now own and manage 3,900 rented homes, together with 600 properties owned by leaseholders.
