Regeneration at L&Q

The L&Q Group is responding to the Government’s vision of building Sustainable Communities with a people-focused regeneration programme. Our goal is to create places where people want to live.

L&Q builds at least 1,000 new homes each year in London and the South East and has a number of ongoing regeneration projects.

We have a strong focus on well-designed homes and our regeneration department has published a Design Guide to ensure that L&Q’s new developments maximise the potential for good design in regeneration projects and newly built homes.

We also have development departments located in regional offices.

Tower Homes, which also builds 1,000 new homes each year, develops new properties for low-cost home ownership. This enables L&Q to focus on delivering balanced communities.
