Financial inclusion for L&Q residents

As well as being a founder member of Change, L&Q support our residents in a number of ways:

• we provide early tenancy support for vulnerable residents in danger of losing their tenancy
• we provide general information and advice about claiming housing and state benefits
• we provide referrals to a specialist agency for debt advice for those in arrears
• we provide training for frontline staff to help them understand the impact of financial inclusion and how they can help
• We encourage bank account opening and payment of rent by direct debit
