L&Q is committed to investing in local neighbourhoods and communities. We aim to improve the quality of life for residents and to create sustainable neighbourhoods.
This compliments our role as a major social landlord and our mission of ‘creating places where people want to live’.

We employ over 30 staff dedicated to working at local neighbourhood level and able to identify local needs. We develop opportunities for local residents to take up, often by working in partnership with local authorities, and voluntary and community agencies at local and national level. In this way we can help ensure that available external funding can be targeted to help those most in need.
